*nods* Sometimes I wonder what it would've been like ta discover my ability as an adult... Dunno if it'd be better or worse. *shrugs*

Anyway, blockin' other folks out. Basically ya have to try ta find the right kind of mental exercise. Knew one guy who used ta mentally recite nursery rhymes. Focus your mind on yer own thoughts, and keep it focused, and you'll find it getting a lot quieter. Might not keep everything out -- someone who really wants to get through ta you, or someone who's havin' a really crap day and havin' a bit of a rant in his head? That'll probably get through. But the rest of the background noise, all those stupid random voices in yer head? That should shut 'em out.
