Yeah, so later I'm on special assignment in Texas, helping the FBI. Agent Hanson figured out my powers, so she brought me in to help her find Sylar. He'd attacked and killed a girl, thinking she was Claire. Peter saved her, and that's where I met him. But when Hanson was questioning Bennet and Claire, I felt that weird silence thing again. So I started checking him out.

FBI, eh? *grins, drinks more beer, then grumbles* Bloody Sylar... So, the silence thing, that was Bennet's new partner, right? Didn't exactly get the best look at him before they tazered me...

Yeah. That damned Haitian. Anyway, we staked out the paper factory until I managed to dig Sylar's name out of his mind. Then we raided the place and found nothing. *Sighs*

*nods, finishes his beer and signals for another* Yeah, always did keep the front up really well...

Yeah, so I got my badge suspened and went home. *Downs the rest of his beer*

Hell yes. *Wry smile* Anyway, eventually Ted got in touch with me, because this Israeli chick with her mind connected to the internet or something pegged Bennet with some more shit, so he and I broke into Bennet's house to get some answers.

*gets Matt another beer, then grins* Ya broke into his house? *chuckles* That's rich -- didn't he even have an alarm? Oh, I'm gonna have to twit him on that later...

*Grins slightly* Well, Ted melted the doorknob. I don't know about alarms. Anyway, Ted was a bit... hard to control, and I wound up shooting Claire. *Takes a big swig of beer*

*is very impressed by his ability to NOT spit beer all over Matt* You what? *Eyes go wide and he glances around to make sure he hasn't attracted too much attention, then quieter,* You shot Claire? Ted... Ted was very pissed. *Sad smile* He'd lost everything that he cared about, and blamed Bennet for it. He wanted to make him pay.

He's the one that made it possible for Peter and Sylar to blow up. *Looks down into his beer* He's dead now.

Yeah. Yeah, he was. *Looks away* Anyway, after that, Bennet and I went to the factory to get some stuff to knock him out, get him under control. That went downhill, and he wound up nuking the house. Everyone escaped, but that s.o.b. Thompson caught us all.

*says something under his breath, then downs about half his beer. If Matt's reading him, he gets a long ranty blue streak about Thompson* Caught you all? Fuck...

Yeah, and then Claire escaped and they caught Bennet and made me read him, but there was nothing. Then Bennet got us all out, and we headed for New York to take out the tracking system. *Glowers* He neglected to tell us that it was a person. A little girl, actually, who I knew. No way were we killing Molly.

*manages to keep his voice quiet but is definitely shocked* Th' bloody trackin' system's a girl?! When the hell did that happen? These-- *slaps at his shoulder where the marks are* --are where a radioactive isotope's injected. They use a satellite... *frowns* How's it work?

They found a girl who can find anyone by thinking of them. I'm her hero. *Faint laugh*

*stares at him, suddenly the blocks are back in place* Where is she now?
